The cozy lobby adorned with winter pictures sets a welcoming tone, perfect for a winter retreat. The single room was clean and had all the essentials, ideal for a comfortable stay. As a seasoned traveler who has frequented various hotels across Germany, I found the water bed to be exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.The staff, though not fluent in English, were polite and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was a delightful experience, offering a variety of tasty options. The sauna was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the nearby Ashram Shree Peetha Nilaya.Although the hotel lacks certain amenities like a restaurant and airport shuttle, the overall value for money is commendable. Schlangenbader Hof provides a cozy retreat with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a peaceful atmosphere - making it a solid choice for travelers seeking a comfortable stay without breaking the bank.
